I was born and raised in Texas and moved to Virginia about 25 years ago after serving active duty in the US Army. I worked for about 8 years with a local MicroStation software reseller providing software support and training to customers all over the US before taking a job with Framatome. I have worked for Framatome for 17 years in the Metrology Services group. I started as a CAD technician and was promoted to CAD Supervisor a few years later. The Framatome Metrology CAD group is responsible for processing all of the laser scan data we receive, creating 3D models, performing interference detections, and creating animations for our customers. About 8 years ago I also took on the role of Project Manager for the Metrology Services group. I am responsible for all of the Metrology projects that the group contracts.
I am married and have a son who just graduated from JFHS, a daughter and step-son who are 22, and a step-daughter who is married and living in NC. I also have two fur babies that I enjoy walking, hiking, and running with. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Ashford University but originally started my college classes at CVCC.
