Taz Daughtrey is a Fellow of the American Society for Quality, the Founding Editor of the peer-reviewed journal Software Quality Professional, and a Director of the American Software Testing Qualifications Board.
His more than twenty years in industry included responsibilities as Quality Manager and Chief Security Officer, as well as roles in software development, training, and quality improvement in nuclear manufacturing and engineering. While on the faculty of James Madison University he taught undergraduate and graduate software engineering. More recently he served as technical lead at the DoD-funded Cyber Security and Information Systems Information Analysis Center.
