Junior Student Orientation

Wednesday, August 6, 2025 8 AM – NOON

Mandatory orientation for all JUNIORS at the STEM Academy (STUDENTS ONLY)

Location: Main Campus CVCC, Framatome Building, 2nd floor in room 6201

During STEM Academy Orientation, you will be able to meet your classmates, and the staff of the STEM Academy, learn about policies and procedures for 2025-2026, complete training for services through MyCVCC, and get your CVCC ID card. You will also participate in the math boot camp, where you will go over the materials you completed in the math boot camp Canvas course.

Student Fees for 2025-2026 are $75 and can be paid by cash, check, or online. Click here to pay.

All registration paperwork will be due along with the student fee no later than Tuesday, August 12, 2025.

Textbook & Access Code Information

Students will pick up their materials on the first day of classes. Textbooks & access codes are provided to you by your Division School Board.

Students taking additional classes at CVCC (English, history, government) will need to obtain their materials prior to the first day of classes. Students can access their class schedule in MyCVCC in SIS. Materials may be obtained at the CVCC Bookstore or they may check out alternate college textbook sites (i.e., Chegg.com, Amazon textbooks, etc.).
