Parent/Student Meeting

We will hold a MANDATORY, in-person, parent/student information session for ALL students (juniors & seniors) AND ONLY ONE parent/guardian on August 11, 2026 from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm, to review important STEM Academy Information, go over the policies and procedures in the STEM Academy Student Handbook, and review STEM Academy registration paperwork.   We will meet in the Merritt Hall Multipurpose Room (see map below).

Student Fees for 2026-2027 are $75 and can be paid by cash, check, or online. Click here to pay.

All registration paperwork and student fees are due by 11:59 pm on August 11, 2026.

Parent—Student Meeting Location

The meeting will be on the Main Campus of CVCC located at 3506 Wards Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502. We will meet in the Merritt Building Multipurpose Room.  There will be signs posted to direct you to the Merritt Building.
