Senior Student Orientation

Thursday, August 7, 2025 9 AM – 11 AM (2026 date to be determined.)

Orientation for all SENIORS at the STEM Academy (STUDENTS ONLY)

Location: Main campus of CVCC, Framatome Building, Room 6201

During orientation, we will review the senior schedule, the Internship Experience materials in detail, and the policies and procedures for the upcoming school year.

Links to registration paperwork can be found below to complete online and return or, upon request, copies can be mailed to you to complete and return.

All paperwork and the student fee will be due no later than Tuesday, August 12, 2025. (2026 date to be determined.)

Textbook & Access Code Information

Students will pick up their materials on the first day of classes. Textbooks & access codes are provided to you by your Division School Board.

Students taking additional classes at CVCC (English, history, government) will need to obtain their materials prior to the first day of classes. Students can access their class schedule in MyCVCC in SIS. Materials may be obtained at the CVCC Bookstore or they may check out alternate college textbook sites (i.e., Chegg.com, Amazon textbooks, etc.).
